No. kyzrwolf is the EXCLUSIVE destination for KyzrWölf items.

How often do you restock?
Restock dates vary depending on product availability.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
All packages ship via USPS.  The processing time for orders is 7 business days.  After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally.  Please keep in mind that during holidays or new product launches, this time may vary.  Pre-orders will be shipped on launch dates specified in the web-store.  Thank you for your patience.

I'm having trouble downloading my digital download item, what can I do?
Certain devices such as Android and iOS may or may not be able to open a .zip file, which is how the digital download is transferred.  For best results download to laptop or desktop computer, then transfer to smartphone or tablet.

How to shop online?
You can view items for purchase in the KyzrWölf web-store.  Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure.  You can view your item(s) in your cart and click "CHECKOUT" when you are ready to pay for your purchase.  You will then be directed to complete your purchase securely with PayPal.  

Which payment methods do you accept?
KyzrWölf accepts PayPal only.

Do you have sizing information?
All shirts and bottoms are standard American sizes.  Specialty items will have additional product information in the description of each item in the web-store.

I emailed your customer service team.  When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours.  Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after new product launches or holiday seasons.

Do you offer returns?
No.  All sales are final.  Please refer to our Refund Policy.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will only send replacements for the damaged Product within 14 days of receipt of package.

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
All packages are shipped via USPS.  Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or other charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by seller.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once package has exited the United States.

Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final.
